I didn’t understand self-love, until I was in a LOT of pain…

I felt heartbroken.

I waited for someone to come and save me.

I prayed to God.

I waited some more.

For two more years, to be precise.

I continued to be in pain and I didn’t know how “to get out of it”.

Then, it dawned on me that I wasn’t living my life.

I was stuck.

Then I started to pay attention to teachers who spoke of self love and engaged fully in the transformation process.

I allowed changes to take root in my life.

I, then, created a Self-Love Scale to guide others on this path, so they can awaken to the power of love.
